Mohamad Nizam Bin Hj Abdul Samar Zammi, widely known as Coach Nizam, is a International Certified NLP Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Corporate Training Consultant based in Malaysia. Formerly a professional football player, he now brings over 23 years of Human Resource Management experience into the world of corporate transformation and personal development.
Coach Nizam is the Founder of “The New Era of Mind Transformation Programme” and the architect behind the high-impact module “The Blueprint for Organizational Success – Self & Organization SWOT Workshop.” Passionate about people and performance, he has helped transform countless teams and individuals by blending the science of behavioral psychology, NLP, and motivational leadership.
